We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when using our online store, for example, when placing an order or registering. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivery address (parcel machine address);
  • Payment information.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Conclusion and execution of the contract (processing your order, delivery, and payment);
  • Providing customer support;
  • Compliance with legal requirements (e.g., accounting legislation);

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except when necessary to provide the service:

  • To delivery partners (e.g. Omniva, DPD) to fulfil delivery in Estonia and/or Latvia.
  • To payment processing service providers.

Payment processing is provided by Maksekeskus AS; personal data required to pay for your order is transferred to Maksekeskus AS in line with the payment service terms.

Your personal data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing, or in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., the Accounting Act).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data;
  • Request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
  • Object to data processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Data State Inspectorate).
