Right of withdrawal and returns
Under EU consumer protection rules and the laws of the Republic of Estonia, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless otherwise provided by law.
Important note on personalized goods!
Please note that the right of withdrawal **does not apply** to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As our phone cases are printed with your unique design, they are not returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
What to do in case of a defect?
