Terms of Use

1. Subject of the Agreement

Printcase EST OÜ (hereinafter the Seller) sells and delivers goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed in the online store www.printcase.ee (hereinafter the Store). These terms form an integral part of the distance contract.

2. Placing an Order

The Buyer places an order by selecting goods, adding them to the cart, and filling out the order form. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer has paid for the order.

3. Prices and Payment Procedure

All prices in the Store are in euros (EUR). VAT and delivery details are shown in the order summary. Payment is made when placing the order using the payment methods available in the Store. More information in the section Payment.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to the parcel machine selected by the Buyer in Estonia or Latvia (available options depend on the order). The estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 working days after payment. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. More information in the section Delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection requirements and the laws of the Republic of Estonia (including the Consumer Protection Act), the Buyer may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless otherwise provided by law.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because our phone cases are printed with the Buyer’s unique design, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is found, the Buyer may request a replacement or a refund. More information in the section Returns.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between the Seller and the Buyer shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Estonia or consumer protection / dispute bodies in accordance with applicable law.
